Children's Worksheet
Read Across America is an annual event in the United States that is celebrated on March 2nd, which is also the birthday of the beloved children's author, Dr. Seuss. The event was created by the National Education Association (NEA) to encourage a love of reading among children and to promote literacy across the country.
I designed and researched a worksheet highlighting some of the many amazing libraries across America geared towards children in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade. This worksheet lets children track the books they read in a month, learn about different children’s libraries in the USA, and the powerful resources that may be provided in their local library.
This project highlights multi-page layout design, photo editing, formatting, typography, and copywriting.
